Irish Whiskey Sour

This classic cocktail is a perfect balance of sweet and sour and will definitely get you in the St. Patrick's Day spirit.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • Ice
  • Lime slice for garnish

METHOD:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice
  2. Add the Irish whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to the shaker
  3. Shake well and strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice
  4. Garnish with a lime slice for a fresh green touch
