The Demeyere Egg Poacher is not only ideal for poached eggs but also for preparing lovely dim sums. It can also be used as a small frying pan/skillet. The 6 separate small pots may also be put in the oven for small cakes. This gourmet pan has a thick bottom for heat conduction and hygienically welded handles. All parts are made of 18/10 stainless steel. Comes with a tempered glass lid. Suitable for oven and all cookers, induction included.
