Produced in Vietnam, this pepper offers a warm resinous woody aromatic profile. A great classic, this pepper develops a strong, full spicy flavour. This pepper can be used as black peppers are used, i.e. together with red meats, oily fish, vegetables such as cabbage, tomatoes, lentils and potatoes.
